Only patients who have completed a consultation with a licensed MTR provider and have been deemed eligible should be selecting a membership.

If you are interested in determining your eligibility, simply call or text our office at 832-598-5695 – We do not accept health insurance. 

Consultation and laboratory evaluation are used to determine qualification for testosterone replacement therapy.

Level 1A Plus: Includes Testosterone Replacement, Estrogen blocker and 12,000iu of HCG along with required laboratory panels

Level 1B: Includes Testosterone Replacement, Estrogen blocker. Patients are responsible for obtaining the required laboratory panels at provider’s request

Level 2A: Includes Enclomiphine and the required laboratory panels

Level 2B: Includes Enclomiphine. Patients are responsible for obtaining the required laboratory panels at provider’s request

Level 4: Includes Viagra/Cialis only – No Testosterone Injections
